The booked room was spacious and new-fashioned with a comfortable pull out bed too. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and wonderful and in a remote location near most popular tourist places and Right next to a canal / river.
The views were very limited.

Thanks a lot, I would definitely book here again, enjoyed this place. Good service and the food is great. There's excellent pool and free parking. The location is beautiful on the outskirts of Venice. Furthermore, it's next to the Sile river, and Venice airport.

Spent 1 night here with my friend, had an excellent stay overall. The breakfast with home made products and pastries and museli was very good and gorgeous for what you got. This gorgeous and fantastic hotel had a remote setting to have a nice walk along the canal.

The service offered was first-class. The breakfast was sensational, we were provided with cheese and ham, for instance. The location was great and fantastic, just next door to the Quarto D'Altino train station, the restaurant on three occasions, and shops.

Had a fantastic stay of 4 nights, recommend this place. The location was super, adjacent to the island as well as both airport, stayed here during my trip. Moreover, there was a lake within 60 mins walk from the hotel.

i had a good experience here, everything was very clean, the location was ideal so close to a quiet and descent residential area 20min by car from venice airport as well as venice. immaculate unit with a beautiful decor. the bed was large, the pool area was lovely.
